During my recent stay at this coastal hotel, I observed a compelling blend of traditional and modern elements throughout the property. The large spa area was a highlight, complete with a generous swimming pool and a somewhat cozy jacuzzi. While one sauna was out of order, the overall spa experience was quite enjoyable. Our room was chic, featuring a contemporary bathroom with glass elements, and the large bed was comfortable. The balcony offered a tranquil view of the fir trees, enhancing the restful vibe. We did encounter challenges with room odor; the initial room had a strong smell of cigar smoke, which required us to switch rooms twice before finding a satisfactory option. Breakfast was satisfactory-offering a decent selection of fruits and pastries without being extravagant. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was enjoyable, with attentive service that matched the cozy ambiance of the lobby bar. While the complimentary parking was appreciated given the local rates, service consistency could be improved-staff seemed to be learning on the job. This hotel provides a solid experience, but it lacks the refinement I typically seek in more premium accommodations.
